pascale's sewing macine stopped working. had a weird psychedelic experience trying to fix it together, and eventually losing a tiny screw which we crawled around the ground looking for for about 20 minutes. evnetually found the screw
got nixos mostly setup. nixos configs now on git.
frolicked at the snow beach, lay on the ice in the sun
learned "shiva shambo" on harmonium 
finished hemming version three of shirt. learned about microcuts on curved hems
read in the evening, learned the word auspicious 

1.23.26 (friday)

pascale cooked spicy sausage soup 
tried to add gussets to improve fit, but felt confused by fitting and like alterations were like  a rubiks cube 
finished hemming a second shirt and added scrappy pockets to it 
used iron on shirts for the first time for hems

1.22.26 (thursday)

dinner of chicken, kale, rye wheat berries
practiced "om mata kali" on harmonium
went grocery shopping
setup laptop with new ssd, installed nixos onto it, and tried to recover data off of old ssd which had randomly failed the day before 
felt a bit distracted by some work things
running with machines
